How to register and how to login
Ordering on IndyDraw requires a personal account.
If you are a registered www.indydraw.com member, please enter your user name and password and click the “submit” button in the top side of the page.
If you are not yet registered with IndyDraw, you can create an account.
How to order:
  • Choose your favorite template, the colors, the resolution and the type of print you want;
  • Upload the picture with the face you want to replace in the poster;
  • Tell us if you have specific requirements;
  • Add the poster to the shopping cart by clicking the ‘Add to cart’ button.
  • Click the button “Finish shopping” to continue or “Back to shopping”, if you want to add another product;
  • If you are already registered to www.indydraw.com, please enter your user name and password and click the ‘submit’ button.
  • If you are not yet an IndyDraw customer, just create your account.
  • In the next step you can choose if you want to buy as an individual customer or as a corporate customer (to state a VAT ID or if you want your company’s or institution’s name to appear on the invoice in order to get a refund). Please also add your billing and your shipping address.
  • The next step is about choosing your payment method. You can pay by PayPal or Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard);
  • After clicking “buy now” you will be asked to enter your payment details.
  • Once your payment will be processed, an order confirmation message will be shown in the next page, confirmation that will be sent to you via e-mail, also.;
  • In 24 hours from the order placement, you will be contacted by one of our colleagues, in order to confirm the order and to set all the details;
  • After no more than 5 days you will receive a draft version with the drawing from us so that you’ll be able to give us feedback.
  • In other 5 days the final drawing will be available to you. Prints will be shipped to you within 2 days after ready.
Payment options
You can pay with MasterCard or Visa. Printed works can be paid by invoice/advance payment in Europe. Pre-and back-orders can be ordered using the invoice/advance payment option only. After entering your payment details, the order will be created.
What happens after the order has been placed
After submitting your payment details, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Furthermore, you will receive an official invoice in two days.
You can always re-download your purchased digital content from your IndyDraw account, accessible via www.indydraw.com“.
